Founding of Germania Fluggesellschaft mbH. The operating licence for S. A. T. is transferred to Germania, and the S.A.T. operational area and management is leased to Germania. S.A.T. remains the asset-owning company. |

Beginning of operations with the first Boeing 737-300 under the company name Germania. Ten years later, the company has a total of 13 such aircraft. |

Cooperation with Deutsche Lufthansa AG. Wet lease agreement for two Boeing 737-300 for five years of use in Condor colours. |

First operations from Berlin-Tegel Airport. |

In summer, Germania is awarded the contract for the ‘civil servant shuttle’ between Cologne/Bonn and Berlin-Tegel. |

Relocation of flight operations and technology to Berlin-Tegel. The administrative areas follow. The company’s operating location is now Berlin-Tegel. |

| 1995 |
Negotiations commence with Boeing and 12 new-generation Boeing 737 aircraft are ordered. |

| 1998 |
In March, the first new Boeing 737-700 lands at Berlin-Tegel Airport after a non-stop flight from the Boeing premises in Seattle, thus setting a new world record. |

| 2001 |
Germania’s first internal scheduled flight within Germany from Berlin-Tegel to Frankfurt/Main at low-cost prices. |

| 2002 | As a result of the cooperation between Germania and TUI, the Hapag-Lloyd Express (HLX) is created. During the eight-year contractual period, 11 Germania Boeing aircraft are used by HLX as wet and dry leases. | |
| 2003 |
Purchase, overhaul and operation of 19 Fokker 100 aircraft. Under the brand of Germania Express (‘gexx’), 14 of these aeroplanes fly to European financial centres and international holiday destinations. |

| 2005 |
Collaboration with dba is intensified and a majority of shares are acquired. After their assignment, 14 Fokker aircraft remain at dba on wet lease. The gexx brand is dropped. |

| 2007 | Germania resumes the first charter connections with a Boeing 737-300 in its green and white corporate colours. |

| 2009 | Berlin becomes the registered headquarters of Germania. Up to seven Boeing aircraft in the company’s corporate colours are used for charter flights and single seat sales. |
