The company
The airline Germania Fluggesellschaft based in Berlin-Tegel airport looks back at over 30 years of company history: the independent airline has been transporting millions of passengers every year to popular German, European or international destinations since 1979.
The long-running airline focuses on three business areas: leasing, charter and single seat sales. The route network of the airline currently includes over 30 international destinations.
In the financial year 2009, Germania carried more than 2,5 million passengers to international destinations.
Since the founding of the business in 1979 Germania has been enjoying a positive reputation, particularly due to its quality standards in the areas of technical maintenance, security, service and punctuality in the holiday airline industry. The corporate Germania Technik (Germania Technology) with approx. 130 employees allows the airline to carry out large-scale service work on its own accord. The business currently employs a total of around 600 employees.
